Appetite loss, please read description
I used to be able to eat SO MUCH. Like all three meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner AND eat snacks in between.
This past year or so I can't eat anything. I usually only eat once a day because I have no appetite like ever, a lot of the time I have to force myself to eat, and when I do I get so full after just a few bites. I literally can't even finish a whole Mcdouble from McDonald's anymore. 🤦 And when I do get super full, I feel like I could puke.
Is this normal??
I'm 19, I'm 5'2 and weigh 110. My physical health is very healthy, and my cycles are normal too.
Advice anyone? Any feedback would be helpful. 😊
