Anyone know what this could be?
Since yesterday, I've been having an uncomfortable not like a hot feeling but a warm feeling going down my upper chest and throat. It's like I ate something with hot sauce or something when I haven't. I also feel like I have a bit of pressure on my chest. It's not a hot or burning sensation. More of a warm sensation though
