Who here is pregnant and still hitting the gym?
Let me start off by saying that 2 years ago I weighed 188. Once I saw that number I knew I was considered obese and needed to lose the weight which I think also helped me conceive my first month trying. Anyway, I ended up losing 40 lbs. At 18 weeks I gained 13 lbs. I’m sure it’s more now. I’m the light weight training and hour of cardio 6-7 times a week make me look less pregnant unless you look at me from the side. Any other ladies hitting the gym?
