Can I use a jacuzzi?

I’m going away for the night this weekend, and I’m wondering if it would be ok for me to go in the jacuzzi? Il be 35 weeks. I meant to ask my midwife yesterday but completely forgot. I know to be careful with the temperature and how it can make you feel light headed and stuff but at 35 weeks would it be ok to just go in for short periods? It’s not a big deal if I’m not allowed...I just wanted to make the most out of the facility’s that we’ve paid for 🤷🏻‍♀️ considering I’m not allowed to drink the mini bar 😂 I’ve looked online and all the information I’ve found about it being unsafe is all related to the first 12 weeks

I’ve heard mixed things. But whenever I’ve been to a jacuzzi the sign says no pregnant should use it. I’m 35 weeks and would love to go in one right now but I’m just playing it safe and not doing it.

I would not! Everything I’ve heard from my doctor and other people in general is stead clear. The best can raise baby’s heart rate and be too much for their little heart! Not worth the risk. I haven’t been taking baths past 99 degrees either which is so hard for me because I love scalding water 😂

This takes me back to when (I didn’t realize I was pregnant at the time)...I got in a hot tub (not a private one, the one in our community clubhouse) and I stayed in there for like 10 minutes. When I got up, I swear I was gonna faint and throw up... I thought I was coming down with a serious illness and wanted to go to the ER immediately, but I started feeling better so I just went to the clinic the following morning to find out it was my peanut.

Same rule as with a bath - if it's hotter than body temperature than no, not really, or just for a few minutes as it will raise your core body temperature.
Depends where you are. If its a prive jacuzzi you may be able to adjust the heat. If its in a public place I wouldn't go in anyway, for fear of judgement from others more than anything! 😂

I put my legs in over the weekend at a hotel. I so wish I could get in for the hip and back pain.

If it's a private one you can adjust the temp so it's not so hot
If its public and hot then I'd go for 3-5 tops and just dangle in legs 
Women have warm baths all the time 
Listen to your body..

I personally wouldn’t because it’ll raise your core temp, id dip my legs in tho
