Belly bands?
Hey ladies :) at my most recent trip to the OBGYN i mentioned to her that I can barely walk, and I’m only 23 weeks! I told her it feels like I’ve gained 45 pounds when in reality I’ve lost 30 since i became pregnant (normal though, because of nausea)
Anyway, i told her that my belly feels strained when i stand- like it’s hanging super low and is sore when i walk.
She mentioned a belly band might help to keep some of the strain off my back, tummy, and hips.
Have any of you used a belly band before? Did it work? If so, recommendations would be amazing! Or even if you have any tips or tricks to make it not feel like I’m a whale that’s amazing too😂💗
