So I quit

So I quit cosmetology school sometime in the summer of 2017 ( I know your thinking why but I had a lot of doubt then the school it’s self was unmotivating , had favoritisms and the instructor seemed like she was doing everything to make it hard for me to be done ) , I know I had all my hours but how long after does those hours still count ? Like if I’m trying to go take the state board would I still be able to ?
