Advise

Hey, just after some advice really if anyone had experienced this. I had my period as normal last month but it last a lot longer than normal..... but now I haven’t come on I’m 3 days late and have done a test but saying negative. Worried that maybe I had a miscarriage last month that’s why the longer bleed. Any help would be great I did phone the clinic and they wasn’t much help tbh
