Anyone drinking coffee?

Im 29 weeks pregnant and getting harder for me to stay awake at work. And with this cold front 🥶
Is it bad to drink a latte while pregnant? I’ll probably have like 3 cups a week.

I drink at least 2 of these cups full of coffee every day. Baby is doing great, no issues here!

You can have 200mg of caffeine a day, which is like a 12-16oz of regular coffee. I drink one cup of coffee a day since I was doing keto before and drinking bullet proof coffee. I have had no problems.

Sometimes I admittedly drink over the recommended 200mg caffeine limit and my babys fine. I have a 6 yr old and without coffee I would not be able to function lol

I usually get half decaf. But those days when they fuck it up and it’s fully caffeinated I feel like I’m on crack. Not a fan of fully caffeinated coffee while pregnant.

I drink one latte everyday. You’ll be fine. You can check online how much caffeine each size of Starbucks drink has. I think a caramel latte is around 150 mg of caffeine, so under the limit.

I drink 8-12oz of half and half coffee and sometimes have another cup or two of tea in the afternoon. I’m a therapist and there is just no way I can stay awake listening to folks all day without the help. My doc earlier on said she only gets concerned when people drink like two 12oz of full caffeine coffee every single day.

I’ve been drinking coffee and tea in the morning because the struggle is real. I had a latte yesterday 🤭 I just make it my only caffeinated drink for the day. If I have tea in the morning, I’ll let myself have a coke at night. I haven’t had any problems! Just trying to get myself to drink plenty of water afterwards is my only problem from it haha 
I have been feeling guilty for doing this lately... because I see all these ladies saying they’re drinking decaf or not at all... even though studies show 200mg and under is alright. I feel better knowing others are drinking coffee too! Haha
