Working full time😣

How do you guys do it if you do it??? I work full time sometimes we have mandatory overtime so I have to work over 40 hours. I’m due March 9th and can’t stand to work full time anymore, I’ve asked my job if I could switch to part time but they said no but yet they have an ad out on Indeed for “all positions Available” 😑 could I get a dr note that says I need to lessen my hours? I’ve been in the hospital 2xs since December for preeclampsia symptoms, and the second time was just last week.
