Late period

I had my last menstral cycle December 9th and was supposed to start Jan 6th. Been experiencing sore boobs and lots of discharge sore back and been peeing a lot!Every pregnancy test I’ve taken was negative but I also have been feeling fluttering on lower left side of abdominal area here and there . I made an appointment yesterday with my obgyn dr and I woke up this morning to a light pink discharge and cramping. Could it just be my cycles all messed up? I’m not exactly sure but I’m going to keep my appointment with my ob dr.
