Excruciating pain, 33 weeks

I am 33 weeks, I tried searching through topics without finding relevant answers. I’ve just had THE MOST EXCRUCIATING STOMACH CRAMP/PAIN i think i have ever felt. It started in my lower abdomen and shot through my vagina and anal area. I honestly think it could be bowel movement pains but I sat on the toilet and nothing is happening. My stomach was so tight as well and I wanted to scream It hurt so bad. I took a short hot bath and I can still feel the pain lingering. I have to work in 3 hours and can barely walk. How can I relieve this? Should I call my doctor??
