I’m 26 weeks and I’ve gained 24lbs, time to cool it on the ice cream. I’ve been craving so many carbs and I know that’s exactly why I’ve gained too much. I was overweight before conceiving so this is double trouble.

I know that cutting the carbs and upping the protein/veg is what I have to do, as well as add more activity into my routine (as hard and not as tasty as that may be.)

Does anyone have any tips on shelf stable low carb snacks?
