Second period after abortion

I did surgical abortion on nov 19 and after 6 weeks i got my period stayed for 7 days as normal,,, after a week i had Brown spotting and it went away after 5 days ,,,,my second period did not show up yet its been 4 days late and i did test two times both came negative.

Is that normal?
