What does this mean?

Im 34 weeks 3 days and the past couple of days I’ve had strong period cramps every now and again throughout the day .
Also today I’ve noticed baby is reallllly low I don’t know what part of him it is but I can feel him really low that it gives me a bit of a shock sometimes when he moves

Braxton Hicks. They can sometimes be very uncomfortable. And unfortunately feeling the baby low means nothing. All mine ride very very low and engage early and are always late babies lol. I get the worst Braxton Hicks if I’m overly tired or dehydrated.

Braxton Hicks will just feel like a tightening and hardening of your stomach. I’ve had the period like cramps and for me they’ve been linked with dehydration and  usually go away with drinking water!

Could just be baby and your body getting ready for labor. If they are painful, continue or you feel off I would call the doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.
