Flu during pregnancy

So, today was my due date for period as per glow and it didn’t showed up. So, out of curiosity i took pregnancy test . Posting the picture below which shows a fair positive result.

But, sad part is I got Flu also with lot of joint pains n fever. Taking Teylnol n Tamiflu as prescribed by doctor.

I am worried does it have any affect on my pregnancy? Does anyone suffered from it ? How was the delivery? Pls help.
