Teeth hurt😬

So i experienced two period this month, beginning & end of the month.. also been sexually active days i didn’t have a period. Now i have tingling/slightly sore nipples but my BIGGEST ISSUE is my teeth hurt.. like they kind of ache then will go away for a bit but come back.. thinking back they’ve been sensitive recently but now they hurt😩also bleeding when i brush today and that never happens
