Hi everyone. I am 13 w4 d pregnant. Since I have entered in second trimester few days I am not observing any pregnancy symptom.... I am worried. Has it happened to anyone else also? Should I meet the doctor? Though I have my appointment fixed for this Friday for an ultrasound. But how come suddenly since 3, 4 days I am not observing any pregnancy symptom? And to add my first trimester went very smoothly. Not a single problem like nausea or fatigue. I just faced a bit of constipation and bloating but now suddenly everything stopped. I am not even feeling anything in my stomach as I did feel earlier... What to do? Please suggest.
