Serious question

I've been watching birth video clips on Instagram a lot, and have noticed a lot of screaming haha. But.. I'm not sure if those moms are medicated or not. So I was wondering, if you've had an epidural, do you also scream as much? This might be a stupid question but I genuinely do not know.
