When did your first baby finally come?

I'm so ready for this little guy to come but because he's my first I'm dreading the fact that he may be weeks late.

I think it’s good to mentally gear up for going late in case that happens. My first was born a week early which was fine by me!

My daughter came 15 days early but I was induced due to preeclampsia. Even though I had it was preeclampsia that made her come early I was relieved because I was so ready for her to come.

My son came on his due date! I started contractions on a Friday night and he came on Sunday. Everyone seemed surprised when we said he was born on time (even the nurses and other medical professionals!).

I gave birth at exactly 39 weeks. It varies though. One of my husband's family members had to be induced at 41 weeks. My cousin gave birth at 38 weeks. My Sorority Sister gave birth the day after her due date. I guess it just depends.🤷🏾‍♀️
