Does anyone else have very few symptoms?

So I’m pregnant with our rainbow baby after having a MMC in October with a D&C. I went to the doctor last Friday who confirmed the pregnancy with my urine sample. I’m estimated at 7 weeks 1 day. My concern is that other than very slight breast tenderness, occasional reflux, and minimal morning sickness I just don’t feel pregnant. I was so tired with the first pregnancy and had intermittent nausea, constipation, and bloating. I don’t have any of that, overall I feel great. My OB wants to wait until February 13th to do an ultrasound but I’m dying to know if everything is alright!
