Regular periods and pcos?

I am diagnosed with pcos today however I had no symptoms of it. I have a very regular cycle and even have detected ovulation/LH surge via opks for few cycles. As per doctor, she can see the thick formation around ovaries to conclude pcos.

Is it still possible to have pcos?
