Would you call? Worried about seeming crazy

So 34 weeks pregnant and little one was moving this morning slowly but throughout the day normally she picks up and moves alot more but today I've had like a few movements,

I also have a doppler that I thought I'd use and her heartbeat doesnt seem it's normal fast rhythm....it isn't really slow but normally shes about 150's but I counted 110-120 🤔

Dunno if I'm just worrying too much- first pregnancy and all that
