Confused... 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m about 9-10 DPO. Took a First Response Early Result both last night, and this morning and got 2 very faint pink lines. However, I got 2 negatives today on dollar tree/Walmart 88 cent tests. Is this normal? Was it too early for the cheap ones?

Also I had a d&c on Dec 6, 2018. These aren’t still old hormones are they? I have had a period and ovulated since then.
