Miscarriage??

I went for an ultrasound last Thursday and saw heartbeat at 6 weeks 3 days. Dr was having a hard time because it was dark? But saw a flickering. Started spotting later on that day and have been just pink when I wipe. Today I went back for another ultrasound and a different dr told me no heartbeat and only a little growth. Said that he thinks this is beginning of miscarriage?? Even offered a medication to speed it up or DNC. I have no cramping.. nothing. I have to go back in a week for repeat u/s. Has this happened to anyone else? 💔
