Implantation mayb..?

So I got my Nexaplon(birth control implant) when I was 15. they only last 3 years, I am 20 now and I just got mine removed 3 months ago. So basically the implant was in my arm for a extra year just “inactive”. Well here’s my question, I got my period the day after it was removed on the 27th(in November) the next month(December) my period came the exact same time.

January comes around, and i bleed for 2 days on the 15,16....

And now it’s the 30th and my period is 3 days late... think I could possibly be pregnant?
