Tired

I am tired of boyfriend saying I’m cheating when i get on my phone just scrolling Instagram or playing a game or just watching videos he knows i have no friends and only speak with my mom it’s tiring especially when he is always on his phone more than me and out with his hoe ass friends everyday. I don’t know what to do or say cause he’ll say he was just talking or playing when it comes close to me having a panic attack or i start to look or act like somethings wrong he’ll ask what’s wrong with me like he did not just say what he said to me. We’ve been together a little more than a year and I’ve never been in a relationship before him but this and all the other comments are starting to i guess weigh me down or something idk.
