Ultrasound question

Ok, last week, I learned that I’m pregnant again which was a huge surprise for my boyfriend and I. I had a miscarriage at 12w1d due to blighted ovum last Oct 2018. Now, according to this app, I’m 4w4d and I’m super nervous for this second pregnancy because of what I went through. So, tomorrow will be my first prenatal care appointment with the same Dr. I wonder will my Dr go ahead and do the ultrasound on me or do I need to request for it? Because I think it would assure me a lot once I know there’s a developing yolk and sac in my womb. Also, I really don’t have much pregnancy symptoms either. Is it normal? Thank you ❤️
