Help!!

I am currently 24 weeks and 1 day pregnant. My baby girl usually is very active and moves just about everyday. The past few days I’ve noticed a decrease in her movement, for about 2-3 days. And a few days ago I felt a little bit of pains around the middle of my belly. but when I listen with a Doppler her heart sounds just fine. I haven’t felt her move yet today. I’ve been worrying so much but hearing her heart makes me double think about going in cause it sounds good. Please help! 😓
