Getting over sexual abuse
I was abused both emotionally and sexually by my ex for two years.... I have been doing very well and felt very safe being sexual with my current boyfriend. However, there are still certain things that trigger flashbacks for me and I can't do them. Is there anything that has helped anyone else to move past this type of thing?
