Felt confident today.

After about 2 hours of crying last night about how much a hate my body, today I worked up the confidence to wear a crop top out today. I’ve been doing ab workouts, and hardcore workouts for about 3 months now, I feel so strong and powerful. Even though I’m not at my stomach goal yet, I can see so much improvement. This post is for everyone who wants to change their body, (if they aren’t happy with it of course, everyone’s beautiful) you can do it! This is for motivation. I have bad anxiety. It keeps me from working out, lowers my motivation. None of that matters, you can still do it! It takes power, it takes time, it’s going to hurt! But it’s worth it. Don’t waste your time hating yourself and worrying about a flat stomach or wearing makeup. Your all beautiful!
