Possible miscarriage?

I’m 6wks 5 days. I woke up this morning to the light pink spotting. I called my OB and they informed me that it was normal and if it got darker to go to the ER since my appointment isn’t until the 7th. Well 2 hours later, it got darker. There has been no cramping. I went to the ER and the doctor didn’t give me a direct answer. She told me she wasn’t sure, to have my HCG levels checked again for MC. Now the spotting has gotten back light pink and barely there .. still no cramping. And I don’t know if this matters but I did have sex Tuesday night. Anyone experience this? Am I miscarrying? This waiting game is nerve wrecking. 😭
