Plateau 😞
I feel like I’ve hit a plateau with my health journey and it’s really disappointing cause I started almost two months ago but I’ve only lost 8 pounds and then I’ve put 2 pounds back on.
It’s almost heartbreaking. And I feel like I’m still not seeing a physical difference. I know it takes time but I know I’ve been trying so hard ðŸ˜
Any advice would help greatly.

I don’t drink pop btw. I don’t eat out. I don’t eat sweets and I drink lots of water and have good, filling meals. I eat when I’m hungry but in moderation. I’m in the gym 6-7 days a week, I do the elliptical or treadmill and weight lift 3 days a week.
