Anyone have this recently and got an answer?

I’m currently stationed in South Korea and I’m 8 weeks pregnant, this is the first time this type of spotting occurred when I wiped. I first noticed when I saw drips in the toilet. Went to the doctor, they didn’t give me much of an answer as it is a military PA, not an obgyn certified dr. I got blood drawn and I have to go back in about a week to get another. And see the results. Can’t help but stress now.
