Trigger shot after Letrazole?!

Well tomorrow is the big day, we have a Doppler scheduled for the morning to see if we have any promising follicles and if we do then we do our first trigger shot after taking Letrazole. Has anyone had luck on the first try? I have taken Clomid before and ovulated but no luck so now I am hoping the trigger is our lucky penny! Fingers crossed because I am so nervous!!!
