Overnight?

Okay. So I've been using a menstrual cup for almost a year and I love it! Problem is, I've always been really nervous to use it overnight and have yet to do so. I've done some research about and haven't found any negative stories but still unsure about it. Is it actually safe to do? Has anyone had any troubles doing so? Any tips on how to be more okay with leaving it in overnight?? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

(I haven't had any problems with leaking I'm just worried it might turn, pop out, or something unsafe)

Thank you for all your help! I used it last night and am so glad! I was wearing pads at night and hated it. Just doing a cup and period underwear was soooooo much more comfortable 😄 Thank you all!
