You aren’t logging cm every day and your temps are not being taken at the same time every day, so it’s just doing the best it can. OPKs would help you pinpoint as well.

I think it might be programmed to just say you are ovulating when you have a temp spike without actually taking other info into consideration. I had a temp spike in day 2 of my period and it says I might be ovulating. I would go more with the data itself that what the app says. I've been using a book called , Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's very helpful.
