One Blastocyst transfer and twins ?

Hi- just wondering if this has happened to anyone ? My transfer was yesterday and I just am curious 😀😀

If you had assisted hatching done the likelyhood of splitting is increased 4 times.

I got pregnant with a singleton from one blast transfer. Miscarriage at 10 weeks.
New FET in a couple weeks, just one blast.
My clinic does not offer two blasts at once.

I transferred 1 blast last October and got triplets. one did not grow and it ended up twins. they were all identical so all had same chromosomal problem and it ended not being viable. I think it's kinda like the odds of having identical twins naturally maybe slightly higher. my next FET is 2 more sleeps!🍾🍾🍾

My embryo was almost completely hatched and my dr told me I have a slight (didn’t give a number) risk of identical twins because of it.

I think most doctors do a 5 day embryo over 3 day ones, so that this is less likely to happen.
I transferred two and got one baby.
