Has anyone had a dream about blood when pregnant and the pregnancy is ok?

Hi ladies

I’m now on my 3rd pregnancy in exactly 1 year since ttc my second child. One year ago I found out I was pregnant in January. I had very strong symptoms with that pregnancy right away, by 5 weeks. I was severely nauseous, had sore breasts, back ache, the works. Around 5.5 weeks I had a dream I miscarried and woke up in a pool of blood. It was so realistic I woke up in a panic, tore off the sheets and expected to see it there. I had a missed miscarriage at 6.6 weeks, discovered at 8.5 weeks.

I found out I was pregnant again in May and thought this is it, my rainbow. I didn’t have many symptoms, just sore breasts. I didn’t have a nightmare about miscarriage. I lost that pregnancy at 6 weeks, discovered at a 9 week scan.

Now pregnant for a 3rd time I am 4+6 today. I had a dream at the beginning of week 4 that I had blood in my underwear. Not like a miscarriage but almost like a hemroid. (TMI) I still woke up in a panic and didn’t find blood. This pregnancy I don’t have nausea yet but I have sore breasts, headaches and I’m exhausted. I had a very early positive at 6dpo on an hcg strip and so far every 3 days I test the pregnancy line gets bolder. A better sign than the last two, but still worried. Anyone else have dreams of blood and everything worked out ok?
