Early bleeding at 9.5 weeks

Hello .. I am currently 9 weeks and 5 days. Two days ago I went to the bathroom and when I wiped it was bright red blood on the tissue. The next time I went to the bathroom it was not anything on the tissue. But now I am lightly spotting brown blood but ONLY when I wipe. Can anyone tell me if this is normal or should I go to the hospital? I have talked to my doctor and he made an appointment for me to see him this Monday !
