Think I’m miscarrying...

I found out I was pregnant a few days ago. Went to the ER for what I thought we’re some complications and was told nothing showed up on the ultrasound and the urine test they did was negative. I was hoping I was still just super early or something, since that could cause nothing to be seen on the ultrasound (and the tests they use aren’t as sensitive as some of the ones you can get and take at home). Today I’ve been spotting on and off, mostly brown but I can see hints of red. 😞😢 my test this morning was positive, but I don’t know how to tell my husband. This will be our second loss in a year... and my last one was a missed miscarriage, so I didn’t know until we had blood work done, and I had to go for a D&C... I’m so scared
