Breastmilk already?

Im 20 weeks today & for the past couple of days, I’ve noticed a clear sticky substance leaking from my nipples. Is that normal? This soon?

It’s not technically breastmilk, that won’t come in until after babe is born. For now what you’re seeing is colostrum, which is what baby drinks until your milk comes in! And it’s completely normal to start leaking colostrum early in pregnancy. Last time by 20 weeks I had to sleep with a puppy pad under my sheets so I wouldn’t stain the mattress from leaking it at night. (Or breast pads work, but sleeping with a bra is so uncomfortable!)
