How long?

Hi everyone! About how long was your anatomy scan? We go on Monday, and I’m looking forward to it. I can’t remember how long it took with my daughter. 🤦🏼‍♀️ So excited to see my son and praying for good results! 
Oh and do we need a full bladder? Thanks!

2 hours! She was being so difficult!! I still have to go back for a second one to get better pictures of her heart.

30-40 mins, but tech seemed super skilled at what she was looking for and she said my daughter was cooperating well. With my first it was more like an hour. They had me empty my bladder (I asked if I could when I got there bc I really had to pee), but she also had me go once more during it to get one other view of her spine (she had to move slightly).

Mine took 45 mins. He wouldn't uncross his feet so I have to go back in 6-8 weeks. They couldnt rule out club foot because of the way he had his feet positioned.

Took about an hour and I have to go back because the baby wasn't very cooperative and they need to get more pictures.

Mine took an hour because my baby was moving around so much it was hard for her to get some shots! And yes, go with a full bladder. My ultrasound tech was awesome and let me know before she started that she’s going to get all of her shots and then let me go to the bathroom and then show me my baby, so it put my mind at ease.

Mine was almost a hour and a half, just because I have twins. And yes go with a full bladder and they will prob tell you whether or not you can empty it. Good luck!!!

Mine was like 45 minutes cause my baby was not cooperating so the tech couldn’t get any measurements. Also I had a vaginal ultrasound where we discovered I have an incompetent cervix.

45 min then hubby came in for a bit. Full bladder is good. My tech said baby was moving around and that next time I should eat right before coming cause it calms the baby.
