Belly button rings

When did everyone take theirs out or switch to a pregnancy belly button ring? Mine isn’t bothering me yet. I’m 14 weeks though so just wondering on average when woman start to take it out or switch, and if it’s worth it to make the purchase of a pregnancy one. ☺️
