Tips please!

I’m out this month as AF arrived yesterday. It was my first month after coming off BC so I’m fine about it (planning a glass of wine tonight as a treat!) but I am keen to throw everything at next month! I tried the online one step opk sticks last month and never got a positive and I think they may have just stressed me out more? What is everyone’s recommendation for stuff that can help? Maybe the microscope? Thanks!
