*UPDATE* Requesting Prayers *Threatened Miscarriage*

This is my fourth pregnancy. I have two children. I miscarried in 2013 at 15 weeks...

I’m currently 11 weeks pregnant. Everything has been fine thus far. I have pregnancy symptoms, blood work is good, baby’s heart rate is strong at 160 bpm.

I started bleeding a little today. It wasn’t much: just one wipe. But it was a bright light red which I have NEVER experienced before so I immediately went to the ER. There they confirmed that the bleeding stopped, my cervix was completely closed, and my blood work was normal. The baby’s heart rate was 160 and placenta was still attached.

The only bad news was that there was a little bleeding inside my uterus. The doctor said that it could either clear itself up OR it could get worse and I’ll miscarry.

I’m scared and I’ve decided to put myself to bed rest for the weekend. My mother was on bedrest for months with my sister due to risk of miscarriage.

No cramping, no more bleeding when I wipe. It’s almost as if it never happened. I can’t stop thinking about the bleeding INSIDE the uterus though. I’m worried.

All I ask for right now is prayer. My oldest remembers the miscarriage and is worried about me losing this one as well. I told her that it’s all in God’s hands and if it comes down to it not being our time that’s ok because we will get through it. Her sister is our rainbow baby so I have faith that I’ll be pregnant again if it came down to it.

But I really don’t want to lose my baby. All I ask for is prayers at this time. It means so much to me. And if ANYONE has gone through this before and still went on to have a healthy baby please share your story for encouragement ☺️

***UPDATE***

I went to the OB this morning and they checked my urine and we checked the baby’s heart beat. It was at 142 bpm. At first the doctor couldn’t find it so I was panicking having flashbacks of my miscarriage in 2013 when they couldn’t find the heartbeat. The doctor finally found the heartbeat, since I’m only 11 weeks and 4 days the baby was low near my pelvis area.

No more bleeding after the ER visit on Friday. No cramping, no pain, no weird discharge.

My pregnancy symptoms have significantly decreased. Right now only my nipples hurt when I touch them and I’m still tired throughout the day. Even the bloating disappeared so I was like “O M G... what if...” but the doctor said to remain calm and be positive because the baby is fine and that’s all that matters 😅

Just wanted to let you all know the latest. Also, it snowed up here where we live and it was snowing hard all morning but God protected us to and from the doctor without one slip. There were several cars off the side of the road but we were able to get there and get home safe 😁 God listens!!!
