What's your go-to fertility aid?

Well it's been a year since my partner and I started trying for #2 with no luck whatsoever. I happened to be in with my doctor yesterday and asked her for how long should we keep trying before we seek help, she said another 6 months 😭😭😭 one year of negative tests have been hard enough, I honestly don't think I can do it much longer. She said I am ovulating regularly and to ditch the opks and charting and not to worry... Easier said than done.

So what did you use to aid fertility? Anything you would swear by? I just feel like we have to try something 😞
