Weight loss help

I'm trying to loss weight before I go on my vacation and I started I guess around august of 2018 and I've lost 6 pounds. Recently I don't know why but I fell into a stump I didn't want to workout any more and just ate what ever I wanted. Now I've been trying to clean up my act and so far I'm back to the weight I had before I gave up and it feels good but usually I lose

1-2 pounds a month and that hasn't happened it's been a month since the break. Do y'all have any tips for losing weight for me?
