I am still vary confused.. could I be pregnant?

Hello everyone, I am very confused at this point.

My husband and I have been trying to have our rainbow baby, I am 10 days late now, when I was around 6 days late I was getting a bit excited wanting to test. So I went to Walmart that night and tried an 88 cent pregnancy test and came back negative, read some reviews about it and didn’t loose hope.. (hoping I could get a positive) So the next day I went ahead and bought Clear Blue digital pregnancy test, once I open... There was already a Negative line on the result window!! I figured I had got some defected test, so took them anyway and both came back negative.

So yesterday (day 9 late) I experienced some light red spots, I googled what it meant. If it could mean period or so, but it sounds like it could be implantation bleeding, it’s really light red and no clots.

I wondered if maybe this was my period and it was late, so I found new ovulation test in my room and gave it a try and it came back positive.. I know that some ovulation test could detect the pregnancy hormone but also know I can’t be ovulating on my period? I’m so confused!!

Should I see how long this bleeding last? How long should it last?! Could I be pregnant?
