When could you hear your baby’s heartbeat?

I downloaded an app and I’m 11 weeks 2 days and after a couple weeks of trying I can finally hear one of my babies heart beating!! It gives me so much reassurance! I have twins so I don’t know what one I’m hearing, but I’m so happy!! I did a comparison to mine and it’s definitely not my heartbeat it’s way too fast! ❤️❤️ I did a little math and the rate I picked up is about 140 bpm 🥰

These apps can’t pick up baby’s heartbeat. You need a Doppler for that. 
Usually you can pick the heartbeat consistently around 12 weeks with a Doppler (though of course many people can hear it before then)

Any app is a scam. You cannot hear a baby’s heartbeat through your phones microphone.

I’m curious why you guys say that? I have had this app for weeks and could never hear anything. Now I can finally pick something up, and though I’m 11weeks2days both babies have measured consistently(multiple ultrasounds)almost a week ahead. So it doesn’t make sense that I couldn’t before but now I can and it records other noises too when using it, so I know it’s not some prerecorded thing 😢.
