Possible trigger warning

I went to the dr thinking I was 9w4d according to my LMP. During the ultrasound the baby was only measuring 6w1d, which is too early to hear the heartbeat so we are currently unsure of whether the baby stopped growing or if I am just earlier than expected. My hcg levels are still high enough to give a home ppt, they did some blood work but with it being a weekend I likely wont hear back until Monday or Tuesday and we go back for an ultrasound thursday. I have had no bleeding and my pregnancy symptoms are still in full swing. I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
